PERSIA, Alexandrine Empire. Uncertain satraps of Babylon, circa 328-311 BC. Stater (Silver, 22 mm, 16.64 g, 4 h), Babylon. Baaltars seated left, holding scepter in right hand and resting his left on the throne. Rev. Lion walking left; above, Δ. BMC 17. McClean 9563. Nicolet-Pierre 6. Well centered and struck, and lightly toned. Very fine.
