IONIA. Miletos. Circa 294-281 BC. Drachm (Silver, 16 mm, 3.68 g, 1 h), struck under the magistrate Antipatros. Laureate head of Apollo to left. Rev. ΑΝΤΙΠΑΤΡΟΣ Lion standing to left, his head turned back to right; above, eight-pointed star; in the left field, monogram of ΜΙ (=Miletos). Deppert-Lippitz 169 (V8/R8). SNG Copenhagen 957. Lightly toned. Good very fine.
