ILLYRIA. Dyrrhachion. Circa 80/70-60/55 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 3.29 g), Brockage, struck under the magistrate Aphrodisios. ΑΦΡΟ/ΔΙΣΙΟΣ Cow standing right, head turned to nudge suckling calf standing left below; in exergue, plough. Rev. Incuse of the obverse. Meta IV/33. Very rare and charming Greek brockage. Very fine.
