ISLANDS OFF THRACE, Imbros. Circa 2nd century AD. Diassarion (Bronze, 20 mm, 3.90 g, 6 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet. Rev. ΙΜΒΡ - ΙΩΝ Draped female figure standing facing, her veiled head turned to right, raising her right hand and holding a cornucopia with her left. BMC 8. SNG Copenhagen 966. Rare. Clear and well-struck. Very fine.
