Constantine IV Pogonatus, with Heraclius and Tiberius, 668-685. Solidus (Gold, 19 mm, 4.32 g, 6 h), Constantinople, 2nd officina, 674-681. d N CONST-ANЧS PP Diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine IV 3/4 facing, bearded and holding a spear with his right hand and with a decorated shield over his left shoulder. Rev. VICTOA AVÇ B / CONOB Cross potent on three steps between standing figures of Heraclius on left and Tiberius on right; both crowned, wearing a chlamys and holding a globus cruciger in his right hand. DOC 8b. MIB 7a. SB 1154. Magnificent example, well struck in a short flan. Extremely fine.
