SYRIA, Decapolis. Gadara . Vespasian, 69-79. (Bronze, 22 mm, 10.40 g, 12 h), Year 135 = 71/2. KAICAP OYECΠACIANOC Laureate head of Vespasian to right; on neck, oval countermark with a bust of Fortuna to right. Rev. ΓAΔAPA Fortuna standing left, holding wreath and cornucopia. Rosenberger 32. RPC II 2093. SNG ANS 1300-1. Spijkerman 26a. For the countermark: Howgego 206. Brown patina. Good fine.
