CAPPADOCIA. Caesaraea-Eusebia . Gordian III, 238-244. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 3.09 g, 6 h), year 4 of Gordian, 240/241. AV KAI M ANT ΓOPΔIANOC Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian to right. Rev. MHTPOΠ KAICAPIAC / B NE / ЄTOYC Δ Mt. Argaeus surmounted by star. Bland, Last 44/1. Sydenham, Caesarea - (cf. 602 but as Didrachm). Very rare. A clear, toned and well struck drachm. Good very fine.
