Laureate man, with drapery around his waist, riding horse standing to right, holding the reins in his left hand and raising his right in salute; below horse, ΦΙΛΙCΚΟC. Rev. ΤΑΡΑΣ Youthful Phalanthos, nude, riding dolphin to left, holding a kantharos in his right hand and trident with his left; below dolphin, tripod. HN III 1036. Vlasto 888. Attractive and with a very impressive obverse. Reverse very slightly off-center, otherwise, about extremely fine.
