ISLANDS OFF THRACE, Thasos. Circa 500-463 BC. Obol (Silver, 7.5 mm, 0.54 g). Two opposed dolphins above one another; pellet above and below. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. HGC 337. Le Rider, Thasiennes 9. Unusually nice for type, and attractively toned. Good very fine.
