SICILY. Syracuse. Agathokles, 317-289 BC. (Bronze, 21.5 mm, 11.15 g, 9 h). ΣYRAKOΣIΩN Head of Kore to left, wearing wreath of grain; behind, uncertain symbol (possibly a shell). Rev. Bull butting to left; dolphin above and another below; in field above bull, monogram of NK(?). Calciati 96. SNG ANS 568. Fine style. Somewhat rough surfaces, otherwise, very fine.
