EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 34.0 mm, 27.48 g, 11 h), year 19 = 134-135. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙC ΤΡΑΙΑΝ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟC CEΒ Laureate bust of Hadrian to right, slight drapery on far shoulder. Rev. L ENNEAKΔ Elpis advancing left, holding flower in right hand and lifting hem of skirt with left. Dattari (Savio) 7688. Geissen 1175. K&G 32.647. RPC III 5987. Red-brown patina. Rough surfaces, smoothing on reverse, otherwise, very fine.
