EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 35.9 mm, 26.63 g, 11 h), year 15 = 130-131. AΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙA CEΒ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right; in right field, star (faint). Rev. L IE Alexandria, wearing elephant's skin headdress and bowing head, standing right, facing emperor, togate, standing left, holding scepter in right hand. Dattari (Savio) 1611 var. ( legend ). Geissen 1035. K&G 32.508. RPC III 5777. Cleaned brown surfaces, otherwise, good very fine.
