Andronicus II Palaeologus, with Michael IX, 1282-1328. Assarion (Bronze, 19 mm, 1.92 g, 6 h), Constantinople, 1295-1320. KYPIE CωCON TOUC BACIΛEIC / IC XC Facing bust of Christ Pantoktator. Rev. AYTOKPATOP[EC PωMAIωN] Andronicus and Michael standing facing, holding labarum between them. DOC 681-2. SB 2436. Pleasant tiber patina; well centered and clear with fine details for issue. Very fine.
