MACEDON (ROMAN PROTECTORATE), Republican period. Praetor D. Junius Silanus Manlianus . Circa 148-147 BC. (Bronze, 21 mm, 6.48 g, 1 h). Facing mask of Silenos, wearing ivy wreath. Rev. D MAKEΔΟΝΩΝ in three lines, within ivy wreath. SNG Copenhagen 1324-6. SNG Kikpe 460. Touratsoglou, Macedonia 25. Dark green patina. Good very fine.
