Description
MACEDON. Skione . Circa 400-350 BC. Hemiobol (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.83 g, 9 h). Young head of Protesilaos to right, wearing tainia. Rev. Corinthian helmet to right. HGC 681. SNG ANS 716. Most attractive green patina; a well centered example, particularly fine details for type. Very fine.
