KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip V, 221-179 BC. (Bronze, 20 mm, 7.26 g, 8 h), Uncertain mint in Macedon, 183/182-179. Bearded head of Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. BAΣIΛΕΩΣ ΦIΛIΠΠOY Harpa; above, ΔΙ; all within wreath. Mamroth, Bronzemünzen 25a. SNG Alpha Bank 1116-9. SNG München 1186-1189. Nicely centered and patinated. Very fine.
