PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Ptolemy IV Philopator, 225-205 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 26 mm, 13.92 g, 12 h), Tyre. Diademed head of Ptlemy I to right, aegis tied at neck. Rev. ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; in left field monograp of TYP (= Tyre) above club; in right field, monogram of ΣΩ. Svoronos 1180. SNG Copenhagen 504. Light scratch on obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
