PHOENICIA. Marathos. 166/5-152/1 BC. (Bronze, 15 mm, 3.72 g, 12 h), year 103 = 157-156 (?). Turreted and draped bust of Tyche to right, palm branch over left shoulder. Rev. Amrit (Phoenician) Marathos standing left, holding aphlaston in right hand and leaning left elbow on low column behind; Aradian era date in field. Duyrat, Ateliers 288-99. HGC 10, 202. Well centered, and with brown patina. Very fine.
