PHRYGIA. Sebaste. Pseudo-autonomous issue, 3rd century. (Bronze, 21 mm, 4.45 g, 6 h). Draped bust of youthful Dionysos to right, wearing ivy wreath; thyrsos before. Rev. CEBACTH / CINΔPO/C Rivergod Sindros reclining left, holding reed in right hand and resting left elbow on overturned urn from which water flows. BMC 5. SNG Copenhagen 672. Green patina with attractive light deposits. Good very fine.
