CARIA. Aphrodisias. Pseudo-autonomous issue, time of Marcus Aurelius, 161-180. (Bronze, 18 mm, 4.41 g, 12 h). Draped bust of Dionysos left, wearing ivy wreath; thyrsos to left. Rev. ΑΦΡΟΔEΙСΙ/EΩΝ Panther walking right. MacDonald type 151. RPC IV.2 Online temp. 2160. SNG von Aulock 2436. Dark green patina. Rough, otherwise, about very fine.
