RPC IV online temp. 15724.4 (this coin). G. M. Staffieri, Alexandria in Nummis, 2017, 114 (this coin). Very well-struck with a superb portrait of the emperor, an equally fine bust of Serapis and a lovely dark greenish-brown patina. Not only probably the finest known example of this type, but one of the finest known of all Antonine drachms from Alexandria. Good extremely fine.
