IONIA. Ephesos. Circa 550-500 BC. 1/6 Stater (Silver, 10 mm, 1.75 g). Bee. Rev. Rosette within an incuse square. Karwiese Series IIIa. Hauck & Aufhäuser 21, 2009, 131 (same obverse die). Very rare. Very sharply struck, beautifully toned, and impressively attractive. Extremely fine.
