THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 12.5 mm, 2.45 g, 4 h). Forepart of a lion to right, his head turned back to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two raised and two sunken squares; in one of the sunken squares, pellet and AΓ monogram; in the other, amphora. BMC 21. Dewing 1305. McClean 4066. SNG Copenhagen 837. Weber 2406. Dark toning. Minor deposits, otherwise, very fine.
