Julia Domna, Augusta, 193-217. Denarius (Silver, 19.5 mm, 2.91 g, 6 h), struck under Septimius Severus, Rome, c. 207-211. IVLIA AVGVSTA Draped bust of Julia Domna to right. Rev. HILARITAS Hilaritas standing left, holding palm frond and cornucopia; child to either side. BMC 34. Cohen 79. RIC 557 (Septimius). Light toning. Minor porosity and light brush marks on reverse, otherwise, very fine.
