Head of Demeter to left, wearing grain wreath, triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace. Rev. ΜΕΤ[Α] Ear of barley with leaf to left; above leaf, griffin charging to right; below leaf, ΛY. HN III 1589. Johnston Class C, 6.1 (same dies?). Flan flaw on obverse, otherwise, very fine.
