Mysia
Kyzikos. Circa 390-341/0 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22 mm, 15.66 g, 5 h). ΣΩΤΕΙΡΑ Head of Kore to left, wearing grain wreath, pendant earring, simple necklace and sphendone covered by a veil. Rev. ΚΥ - ΞΙ Lion’s head to left, with open jaws and protruding tongue; below, tunny fish to left; to right, grain of wheat. Sandstrom 103 (O62/R75, same dies). SNG von Aulock 1218 (same dies). Attractively toned and well-centered. Minor metal faults on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.

From an old collection in Davos, Grisons, formed before the 1990s.
