Head of Demeter facing, turned slightly to the right, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earrings, and necklace; in the lower right field, in very small letters, here barely visible, AΠ. Rev. META Barley ear with leaf to right; above leaf, bucranium; below leaf, [AΘA]. HN III 1584. Johnston Class C, 2.3-4 (same obverse die). SNG Copenhagen 1220 (same obverse die). With an obverse of flamboyant Hellenistic style. Short flan with minor scuffs, flatness and roughness, otherwise, good very fine.
