Caracalla, as Caesar (AD 198-217). AR denarius (19mm, 3.0 g). Rome, AD 196-198. M AVR ANTO-N CAES PONTIF, bare-headed, draped, cuirassed bust of Caracalla, seen from behind / SPEI-PERPETVAE, Spes advancing right, with flower in right hand and raising skirt with left.
