PONTOS. Amisos (Struck under Mithradates VI, circa 105-90 or 90-85 BC). Ae. (31mm, 18.7 g) Obv: Helmeted head of Athena right. Rev: AMI - ΣOV. Perseus standing facing, holding harpa and severed head Medusa, whose body lies in background; monogram to left and right.
