PAPHLAGONIA. Sinope. ( Bronze. 19.24 g. 31 mm) Struck under Mithradates VI Eupator AE (29mm, 18.0 g) Helmeted head of Athena right. Rev: ΣΙΝΩ - ΠΗΣ. Perseus standing left, holding harpa and head of Medusa, whose decapitated body lies at his feet; monogram to left.
