MACRINUS (217-218). Denarius. (18mm, 2.9 g) Rome. Obv: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. Laureate and cuirassed bust right. Rev: SALVS PVBLICA. Salus seated left on throne without back, holding sceptre and feeding serpent rising from altar to left.
