Arcadius. AD 383-408. Æ (17mm, 2.9 g). Antioch mint, 3rd officina. Struck AD 401-403. Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly righ, holding spear and shield decorated with cross / Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, foot on prow, holding scepter and Victory on globe; ANTΓ.
