D N VAL LICIN LICINIVS NOB C laureate bust of Licinius II left, wearing imperial mantle, with globe, sceptre and mappa / IOVI CONSERVATORI CAESS Jupiter standing left, with Victory on globe and sceptre; at feet to left, bound captive crouching left; in right field: S, in exergue: SMANT.
