Kingdom of Macedon, Alexander III 'the Great' AR Drachm. (16.8mm, 4.2 g) Uncertain mint (Possibly Sardes or Nisyros?), circa 334-323 or circa 201 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; AΛEΞANΔPOY to right, N or monogram in left field.
