Roman Empire. Severus Alexander (222-235 A.D.). Bronze sestertius. Minted in Rome, 231 A.D. Laureate head of Severus Alexander to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. S - C Providentia standing front, head to left, holding two grain ears in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left; at feet to left, modius. (20gm, 32mm) Very Fine.
