Bithynia, Pergamum Cistophoric tetradrachm circa 92-88, AR 27.00 mm., 12.66 g.
Serpent emerging from cista mystica; all within ivy wreath. Rev. Two serpents entwined around bow and bowcase; above, ΔH and monogram, in l. field, civic monogram and in r. field, serpent-entwined thyrsus. Kleiner, Hoard 31. Pinder 106. SNG France 1732-1733.

Old cabinet tone. Struck from a worn obverse die and off centred, otherwise Extremely fine
