Justinian I, 527-565. Solidus circa 527-538, AV 19mm., 41.9g. Helmeted, diademed and cuirassed bust facing slightly to r., holding spear and shield. Rev. Angel standing facing, holding long linear cross and globus cruciger; in r. field, star. DOC 3. MIBE 5. Sear 137.
