Thrace, Mesembria Philip II Caesar, 244-247. Bronze circa 244-247, Æ 25.7mm., 11.62g. Confronted bare-headed, draped bust of Philip II r. and Serapis, draped and wearing modius l. Rev.Hygeia standing r., feeding from patera serpent she holds in arms. Varbanov 4921.
