Lucania, Thurium Nomos circa 350-330, AR 23mm., 7.87g. Head of Athena r., wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with Scylla hurling stone and ΣΩ. Rev. Bull butting r. crowned by Nike; between bull’s legs, ΕΥ − Φ. In exergue, ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ. Historia Numorum Italy – (for type, cf. 1820). For obverse type, cf. Tkalec sale 1994, 27 (this obverse die) and NAC 52, 2009, 42 (this obverse die).
