Constantine IV, 668-685 Follis Siracusa 668-674, Æ 20mm., 3.98g. Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing three/quarter r. with shord beard.; holding spear on r. shoulder and shield. Rev. Large M; above, monogram of Constans and in exergue, SCL. In l. field, Heraclius beardless standing facing wearing crown and clamys and holding globus cruciger; in r. field, Tiberius beardless standing facing wearing crown and clamys and holding globus cruciger.
