Description

Sicily, Herbita Bronze circa 350, Æ 17mm., 3.24g. Head of Apollo right. Rev. Ephebe advancing right, holding spear and branch. Boehringer Herbita, pl. II var. (head r.). Calciati 2. Campana 3 (this coin illustrated).

Extremely rare. Only two specimens known. Dark green patina and good very fine.

Ex NAC B, February 1992, 1139 and ex NAC Q, April 2006, 1187 sales.
