Both the main text and the supplement limited to 250 copies, of which these are numbered 15 and 55 respectively and bound together in later red cloth and marbled boards. A red morocco title label to the spine, gilt, marbled endpapers. A little dusty and discoloured with light foxing throughout. The rarely encountered first edition of this useful work, complete with supplement and additional text, very good overall. (2)
