Handsomely bound in half morocco and marbled boards, raised bands, the spines lettered and decorated in gilt, marbled edges and endpapers. A little rubbed and worn at the extremities, particularly to the joints. The contents mostly clean and almost very fine overall. The scarce, and preferred, original edition of this fundamental work.
