[With:] MacDonald, G. & Hartmann, J. E. Greek Numismatic Epigraphy. Chicago, 1969. 8vo., pp 92. [With:] Cammann, J. B. Numismatic Mythology. 1936. 8vo., pp. 39. The first title bound in later, full crimson cloth, the spine lettered in gilt, marbled endpapers. The later works all in the original cloth, the first two with jackets. Useful works, very good overall. (4)
For the first title see Clain-Stefanelli 1835, Daehn 1326, Grierson p. 54, “Index d’inscriptions monétaires rédigé de telle maniére que l’on peut les identifier même si leurs premières lettres sont illisibles,” and Kroh p. 9 (four stars), “one of the most useful works for “Greek Imperial” coins.” For the later titles see also Clain-Stefanelli 1821, 1853 & 3427.
