VΠ CTATIOV ΛONΓINOV NIKOΠOΛITΩ[N PP] Hera standing l., holding patera in r. hand and sceptre in l.; in fields, OC – IC. In l. field, peacock. AMNG I, 1, 1728. SNG Copenhagen 278 (for obverse) and 280 (for reverse). Dark tone and extremely fine Ex Lanz sale 138, 2007, 760.
A provincial coin with the first portrait type, showing that his features were also synchronized with the provincial mints. AMP.
