Magnesia ad Meandrum

Tetradrachm circa 160-150, AR 34 mm, 16.92 g. Diademed and draped bust of Artemis r. Rev. ΜΑΓΝΗΤΩΝ / ΠΑΥΣΑΝΙΑΣ / ΠΑΥΣΑΝΙΟΥ Apollo, standing l. on base decorated with meander pattern, holding branch and resting l. elbow on tripod upon which a lyre is set. Jameson 1504. SNG Lockett 2830.
