Trachy, Constantinople circa 1261 AD – 1282 AD, Æ 21 mm, 1.05 g. Cherub with four wings holding two spears. Rev. XM ΔЄCΠOTHC ΠAΛ Full-length figure of emperor, bearded, seated upon a backed throne, wearing divitision, loros, maniakion, and stemma with pendilia, r. hand holding labarum and l. akakia. Sear 2276. Rare. Dark green patina somewhat porous, otherwise very fine
