Sicily, Agrigentum.
Tetradrachm circa 470-440, AR 17.53 g. AKRAC – ΑΝΤΟΣ Eagle standing l., with closed wings. Rev. Crab, carapace resembling human face. Jameson 2414 (these dies). SNG Lloyd 804 (these dies). Gulbenkian 161 (this obverse die). Westermark, Akragas, 349a.1 (this coin).
Rare. Struck on very fresh metal and with a superb old cabinet tone. Good extremely fine
