Vekhssere II (?), circa 410 – 380
Stater circa 380, AR 8.53 g. Head of Athena r., wearing a crested Attic helmet decorated with laurel wreath and palmettes. Rev. ddentimi in Lycian characters Two seated lions confronted, heads facing, raising forepaws; spiral symbol between them. All within a dotted circular border within an incuse circle. Vismara –. Rare. Struck on a very broad flan and with a light tone. Minor areas
of weakness, otherwise extremely fine
