Stater circa 550, AR 10.45 g. Male head r., with long hair flowing down neck. Rev. Two incuse squares. For similar head l., cf. BMC Caria, Cnidus 1. cf. Traité I, pl. XVIII, 9. cf. Cahn, Knidos, pl. 19, 1. For similar reverse, cf. Rosen 537 (Aeolis).
Apparently unrecorded. A coin of great importance and fascination.
